I am grossly aware that it has been over a month since I last updated. In my defense, weak as it may be, a lot has been going on in my neck of the woods!
I'll get back on track this week with this update. I am down to 155.2 lbs as of Sunday, March 27th, which isn't a huge deal but it's something. I just recently got a new iPhone 3GS and downloaded an app called "My Fitness Pal", which lets me log calories during the day. It's a really helpful app, and for the past week I have been logging everything I've eaten, as well as calories burned during exercise and water consumed.
I'll add another post later, but I have to jet for now!
