Am I disappointed that I didn't lose a full pound?
Yes I am. However, I know that the body plateaus, and it's even more motivation for me to work even harder and eat better. I've slipped this week, going over my calories even though I knew it would delay a weight loss goal.
However, I have forced myself to go jogging more this past week! It can be difficult because of my asthma, but I'm starting to enjoy it. I just need new running shoes, is all. Once I get back from vacation, I may just order some so that I can do a bit more running.
I have about a month to hit my goal -- I think I can still do it! I just need to be careful and mindful of what I'm eating, and get some more cardio in my workouts!
