This was another week where I was scared to step on the scale. I spent the majority of the week with Chris and his family, which meant delicious food. I barely exercised and my body felt it. I went on a couple of walks/jogs with my guy, hit the gym hard on Saturday night. However, I still braced myself for an increase on the scale.
I wanted to shriek with happiness after I saw 136.5 lbs. The moment was brief; it went up to 137 lbs. immediately after that initial shock. Just to be sure I was 137 lbs. and not, say, 139 lbs., I got on and off the scale two more times and yes, I'm 137 lbs.!
I'm thinking of revising my Ultimate Goal Weight (UGW) to just 135 lbs. I'm pretty happy where I am now; I figure that, as long as I stay between 130 - 140 lbs., I'll be okay. When I take a look at my body, I am no longer disgusted with what I see. I am excited and happy to see and feel the changes that have happened, and I feel that I am finally at a healthy weight. Though I'd be happy losing more, I don't think I need to. I am still thinking about the revision to my UGW, though. Guess we'll see what I decide in my next update. ;)
