[002] Mid-Week Check-In

Alright, so I'm about halfway done with my first week of Tritia's Tranformation. I have to say that I feel pretty good at the moment; I've been keeping my portions low and working out when I'm supposed to. I've been alternating my workouts (cardio/tone/cardio/tone/cardop) and trying to push myself pretty hard. I've been drinking lots of water and have only had sips of soda here and there.

My goal of 1.5 lbs doesn't seem like a lot, but I'm afraid that I won't be able to hit that goal each week!

Can't wait to see what my weight is on Sunday.
