[026] Weekly Weigh-In/Weekly Recap

Current Weight, as of 8:15 AM 05/29/11: 141.3 lbs.
BMI (according to National Heart, Blood and Lung Institute):
23.2 (normal)
Pounds lost since last weigh-in: 4.7 lbs

Pause and take a second to look at my current weight and how much weight I've lost in the past week. Do you see those numbers?

Trust me, when I saw them, I was confused as you. I made sure to hop on and off of the scale a few more times and it was a steady 141.3 lbs. I lost almost 5 pounds this week. What did I do differently? I:

- upped my walking during lunch to 3 miles
- made sure to stay under my calorie goal, but not more than 200 calories under (anything under 1,000 isn't healthy, and I'm already at a 300 deficit each day)
- hit the gym hard on Saturday night to work off my stress/anxiety
- Ate a lot more fruits. I'm discovering my love for strawberries.

I reached my first mini-goal and am only 1.3 lbs away from my second one at 140.0 lbs.
