In terms of "bad weeks", this week was definitely one of my worst! This past week has consisted of going out to eat with my wonderful guy, an exceptionally delicious dinner with my guy's dad and his dad's gal, plus all the food I've eaten in between. To top it off, my exercise was basically nothing last week. I took walks, but only twice during the week. Needless to say, the exercise and food this week were not ideal. However, I did try to eat reasonably (I wasn't stuffing my face like crazy) and tried not to go over my calories too badly. Obviously something worked because I lost nearly a pound, which I wasn't expecting. I was thinking I would see the scale go up.
To see my weight today as 139.3 lbs. was nothing less than shocking. I haven't seen anything less than 140 lbs. on any scale ever since I became aware of my weight. I have seen the scale go as high as 190 lbs., and up until recently, the lowest I had seen the scale go was around 145 lbs. So to see 139.3 lbs. this morning was pretty exciting, to say the least.
