[029] MONDAY Weigh-In/Weekly Recap

Ha! I actually gained 0.6 lbs. this week. Am I upset? Not at all. A bit disappointed, yes, but it's only 0.6 lbs. I know it was on me, too, and the choices that I made in regards to food. But you know what? I don't regret it at all. I know that the monstrous load of chicken fettuccine alfredo that I ate (and made with my love!) on Friday night, coupled with ice cream, plus the food we ate on Saturday night weren't the best choices. Yes, it was a ridiculously fat weekend, but damn was it a good weekend. I mean, how could it not be good when you're basically up for 24 hrs, end up two hours from home (in my old stomping grounds: Santa Barbara!), get to watch the sunrise on the beach and basically stumble into bed, all kinds of bleary eyed and exhausted the next day? Did I mention it was romantic and awesome and fun and amazing?

So worth it? Yes. Would I do it again? YES. I'll just do better in terms of food and exercise this week. I've already walked my 3 miles for today and I hope -- I hope -- to hit 15 again this week.

I'll try to actually do a "Midweek Update" this week. I have a topic in mind, but we'll see if I can actually get motivated to do it!
